Nicola Mattina

They say I’m curious like a monkey and they are absolutely right. I like to explore and learn new things every day, taking notes on every surface, from napkins to a big blackboard in our office.
I also like to create things and founded my first startup in 1999. I was 29 and the Italian venture capital fund Kiwi II invested 750k euros in my idea. We worked for two years on Wap products: at that time Wap was considered a very promising business. Of course we failed, simply because we were building something that people did not want. But it was a great and memorable experience.
Now, it’s time to take all the knowledge and experience that we have built in the last decade and start a new adventure.

Ask me what I like the most…my only possible answer is: people and words. And do you know what goes on when you mix them? That you get a true passion for communication, you study  and work on it and you begin looking every possible new way  to do it!
Who would’ve thought? The day I decided I would have done this work, everybody gave me totally different suggestions. It was after a public speech in front of hundreds people, I was 17 years old. They said: “What wonderful things, you just said” and I thought “Would you think the same if I had used other words?”.
So it all began, going through many different experiences and challenges, in very different places: communication agencies, public institutions and NGOs.
Startup Cloud is my latest adventure, and the most innovative one…but did you see the team? I’ve no doubt: it will be a success!

Giorgio Massaro

It was an unspecified day in the second half of the Eighties when my father brought home a strange box tagged Commodore 128. Just fews seconds of noises, “loads” and other peculiar abbreviations… and it was love! I could no longer escape from technology call, in all its shapes. Game-addicted, I got interested in communication since school.
After the studies, I managed to combine the two passions working in the marketing area of videogames startup and in a communication agency. Then I joined Elastic, where social media and online communication… keep me very busy! Dodger, DoD, Dodzz: these are just some of my nicks you can find on the net!  Meet me on line!

Giulia Di Marco

I love animals, especially dogs, and I’m always looking for a new hobby: at the moment it is gardening. My strongest passion is event planning, in which I began working in 2005 for Isola del Cinema, Rome. After an experience in Itinera Comunicazione I joined Elastic, where I go on working totally involved, passionate and even stressed by events… but I’m always ready to start planning a new one!

Antonella Ranaldo

I’m the kind of girl who would… go shopping every day! I definitely love communication: on, off, above, below and… across the line! And, if we talk about culture, fashion or digital pr, my eyes get bright!
Did you get it? I’m a passionate and enthusiastic girl and when I dislikes something in my work… I work hard the same way!

Giorgia Teresi

Instinctive, passionate and curious. That’s me. The passion for communication and new technologies brought me to follow my instinct and leave myPalermo after graduating in language mediation sciences to reach Rome, where I studied marketing and event planning. Always fascinated by this world, I’m everywhere… a happening is going on!
